How many people can fit under a ChillHut?
Our ChillHuts come in 3 different sizes:
- S fits up to 4 people comfortably
- M fits up to 6 people comfortably
- L fits up to 10 people comfortably
Will it blow away?
Chillhut was made with real Aussie beach days in mind —
yeah, including the windy ones. Chillhut’s aerodynamic design is made to work with the wind, not fight it.. Just set it up right, and it’s not going anywhere
Want max wind-resistance? Go for size M — it’s the most stable in strong winds.
Can it fit in my car?
Dahh, of course it will! We designed Chillhut to be ultra-light and compact — it packs down to just 53×15×15 cm, so it fits easily in pretty much any car: boot, backseat, even behind your front seat if you’re tight on space. One trip from the car, and you’re chillin..
Can i wash the fabric?
Absolutely yes – we recommend washing at a temperature of up to 40 degrees. It is also recommended not to dry in the dryer but to hang dry only!
Is it possible to add more poles?
Of course! There is an option to purchase separate poles in addition to the kit. An additional pair of poles eliminates the rear slope of the Hut and slightly increases the shaded area. Our Huts are designed to provide optimal shade and resistance in windy conditions with two poles. The additional poles are not necessary but they are definitely a nice upgrade.
