How many people can seat under a hut?
What about the wind? Is the tent gonna hold it?
Of course, all of our Huts are made of fabric that has a two-way stretch feature – which means the fabric will flow with the wind and not create resistance. In addition, the ideal opening of the awning is with the wind – when the awning is positioned facing the wind, it is lifted by the air flow and the fabric gets the best stretch and creates maximum shade coverage.
Is the fabric good with sun and sand?
At our company, we do not skimp on the quality of the material, so we will always work with the best materials available for the production of our Huts. Our Lycra fabrics are originally used to produce swimsuits and swimwear, so they have been adapted to withstand the conditions of sun, sand, salt water and chlorine.
Can i wash the fabric?
Absolutely yes – normal washing at a temperature of up to 40 degrees is recommended. It is also recommended not to dry in the dryer but to hang dry only!
Is it possible to add more poles?
There is an option to purchase separate poles in addition to the kit. An additional pair of poles eliminates the rear slope of the Hut and slightly increases the shaded area. Our Huts are designed to provide optimal shade and resistance in windy conditions with two poles. The additional poles are not necessary but are a nice upgrade.
Shippings and returns?
There’s only so many days in summer. Therefore, getting your purchase to you is a priority to us. We use GoSweetSpot for shipping of our Chill Huts. From the time of purchase, your order should not take any longer than two weeks to arrive. If your order is taking a long time, please feel free to contact us so we can assist in getting your order to you as soon as possible.
